Can I get GST Registration without PAN?

No. It is NOT possible to obtain a GST registration if you do not have PAN (Permanent Account Number) card.

The government of India under GST laws has made PAN card pre-requisite for obtaining a GST registration.

The exception to this law is ‘Non-Resident taxable person’.
